As it is our goal to make the customer experience as comfortable as possible, we assure you that we will go to great lengths to protect your personal information. We currently do not work with any other corollary companies or under a larger company, so we will not defer responsibility to them or give them your personal information. Return Policy
Mayan Tamang Productions is not responsible for return shipping if an item is damaged. There is an investigative committee that will look in to any matters concerning damage. If Mayan Tamang Productions deems that the consumer was not culpable for the damage, a replacement will be sent out. Products are not returnable if they show extensive wear or environmental damage (spilled orange juice, ketchup, etc.). Damaged items must be damaged at the moment they are received. If they are truly damaged, we would like to get a replacement out to you as soon as possible, so please send us an email the day that you receive the object (yes, we will be tracking shipping) with the problem, your name, address, and phone number, so that we can quickly find your order and contact you, if the situation requires it. Also, you should repost the damaged material, as soon as possible with a letter enclosed detailing the problem with your personal information, so that you can have your new item shortly.
